Channels for filing complaints and appeals
Users are encouraged to submit their complaints using our digital channels or by phone in order to reduce the risk of COVID-19 infection.

In-person Service Channels
- Complaints Book located at the LAP Information Module
- Complaint forms located at the Security Checkpoint and at the LAP Information Module
- Physical Desk, during the following hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at Av. Faucett S/N - Callao (Main Building).
If you need to file an appeal against the response letter issued for your complaint, you may do so within 15 business days following the notification of the letter, through the email addresses: mesadepartesvirtual@lima-airport.com and/or reclamos@lima-airport.com. If applicable, you may also contact our staff through the complaint phone line (517-3500), within the established hours.
