ABOUT THE DRAW:

By entering the lucky draw, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below:

HOW TO WIN THE PRIZE?

Passengers or users must make a purchase at any store or restaurant located within Jorge Chávez International Airport during the period from November 1 to January 03, 2025. There is no minimum purchase amount required to participate.

Passengers or users must register their voucher on the LAP landing page and fill out the requested information in the form to enter the following prize:

One (01) prize of a trip valued at $5,000 (five thousand US dollars).

The QR code to access the landing page will be available on the following promotional materials:

  • Standees or point-of-sale displays located in participating stores, restaurants and VIP Lounges Hanaq and Sumaq.
  • Videos on JCDecaux circuit screens
  • Other locations displaying the QR code: International departure lounge and food court.

Finally, passengers or users must click “Accept,” confirming that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the form on the LAP landing page. Once all the aforementioned steps have been completed, passengers or users will be entered into the lucky draw. All steps outlined above must be completed by passengers and/or customers between 00:00 hours on November 1 and 23:59 hours on January 03, 2025.

PRIZE: 01 WINNER OF A TRIP VALUED AT $5,000.00

DRAW RULES

  • Valid for all passengers or users who make purchases (regardless of the amount) at participating stores, restaurants and VIP Lounges Hanaq and Sumaq within Jorge Chávez International Airport and who correctly complete the registration steps as previously described. Purchases may be made at stores, restaurants and VIP Lounges Hanaq and Sumaq; located in the public area, national departure lounges, or international departure lounges.
  • The voucher can only be used once.
  • The voucher must reflect that the purchase was made at a store or restaurant within Jorge Chávez International Airport.
  • The lucky draw will be open from 00:00 hours on November 1 to 23:59 hours on January 03, 2025.
  • Participants in this lucky draw must be at least 18 years old.
  • Employees of LAP, PLM Marketing Group, or Continental Travel are not eligible to participate.
  • The raffle drawing will be held in the presence of a notary public.
  • The winner will be announced on the following date:
    • Tuesday, January 7, 2025
  • Once the participation period for the draw was ended, the winner will be contacted via the phone number provided in the registration form at the time of signing up. Additionally, the winner’s name will be announced in the “draw” section of the LAP website. The winner will respond to the phone communication within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial contact. In the absence of a response, the prize will be raffled again.
  • The prize will be delivered virtually.
  • The winner will coordinate with LAP to arrange either at airport or a meeting via digital platform (Teams) to record content related to the campaign.
  • Lima Airport Partners S.R.L. and Continental Travel are not responsible for the loss of the prize letter once it has been delivered to the winner.
  • Employees of LIMA AIRPORT PARTNERS, PLM MARKETING GROUP and CONTINENTAL TRAVEL are disqualified from participating in the draw. However, their family members and friends are free to participate; nevertheless, employees of LIMA AIRPORT PARTNERS, PLM MARKETING GROUP and ONTINENTAL TRAVEL cannot be companions or beneficiaries in any way. Staff members from these companies cannot win or benefit from the prize.
  • By entering the lucky draw, participants consent to the use of their personal information for the purpose of managing their participation in the draw. Furthermore, participants´ data will be entered into the LIMA AIRPORT PARTNERS database to receive communications containing news, advertisements, and/or commercial offers for products or services promoted by LAP.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTINENTAL TRAVEL

  • Start date to request prize redemption is December 20, 2024.
  • The prize is valid for travel, including trip completion, until December 30, 2025.
  • Tickets and services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation and issuance.
  • The fare will apply to direct flights or connecting flights, varying according to availability and destination.
  • The fare will apply to different airlines depending on the destination and availability.
  • The prize is valid for any departure point, both national and international.
  • Travel proposals are based on 02 people travelling together, but the winner may change the destination and the number of people.
  • Reservations must be requested 45 days prior to the trip.
  • The prize is personal and non-transferable; redemption will only be made upon presenting the original prize letter and an identification document.
  • The voucher must be used in its entirety on the day of redemption. In case the company-provided budget has been fully utilized, any additional expenses incurred will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, web services, low-cost airlines, or rental of houses, apartments, or Airbnb.
  • The winner may use the voucher for the individuals they designate, provided it stays within the prize value.
  • Guest accommodation (twin beds or a double bed) is subject to availability at the time of check-in and will be confirmed upon the passenger’s arrival at the hotel.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out times: Check-in at 15:00 hours / Check-out at 12:00 hours (please verify hotel regulations upon arrival).
  • In some destinations, hotels charge a resort fee, which must be paid directly at the hotel.
  • Date changes are allowed in accordance with the regulations; the passenger will need to pay any penalties and fare differences, if applicable, as indicated by the airline.
  • If an upgrade and/or services not included are requested, or if the total exceeds the value of the prize, these costs will be the responsibility of the winner.
  • Passengers are responsible for verifying information related to passport validity, visas, COVID tests, vaccinations, notarized permissions for minors, and entry policies for each country.

CLARIFICATIONS

These terms, conditions and requirements will be clearly displayed for participants and available for reading and consultation throughout the duration of the Christmas campaign via LAP’s official accounts. The collected data will be used to obtain the winners’ information. Furthermore, these data will be entered into the LIMA AIRPORT PARTNERS database to send communications regarding news, advertisements, and/or commercial offers for the products or services that LAP promotes.
