• Area: Approximately 20-120 m²
• Location: Public area (zone before passing security checkpoints); Domestic Departures (domestic boarding areas after security checkpoints); International Departures (international boarding areas after security checkpoints)

REQUIREMENTS

Companies interested in submitting their information for this process must meet the following requirements:

• Must have an annual gross sales volume greater than 1 million USD in both 2019 and 2022, supported by the company's income statements (each year’s amount will be reviewed to ensure it surpasses the minimum).
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in local and/or international retail operations.
• Must demonstrate good financial behavior and low credit risk, supported by a risk bureau report.
• Must have a good record of tax compliance, supported by a tax report issued by SUNAT.

DOCUMENTS TO SUBMIT

Companies interested in this process must send the following documents to support the requirements mentioned above:

• Audited Income Statements for 2019 and 2022 of the legal entity being evaluated, issued no more than 2 months prior to the date of submission. If audited documents are not available, the Income Statements may be signed by the legal representative and a certified public accountant. Finally, if these documents are presented in soles, LAP will convert the amounts to dollars using the exchange rate (selling rate) published on 18.07.23 on the SBS website.
• A risk report issued no more than 15 days prior to the date of submission.
• The tax report issued by SUNAT from their website.
• The "LAP Commercial Form" in PDF format, signed by the company's legal representative (this file can be downloaded at the bottom of the page).

These documents must be sent to the email address specretail@lima-airport.com with the subject line "Concept – Company Brand" by the deadline of 18.07.23 (for example, "Fashion clothing and accessories – Festejos Peruanos").

Incomplete forms, unsigned documents, or submissions after the deadline will not be accepted.
