Information on Commercial Spaces at the Airport

  • Size: Approximately 100-200 m²
  • Location: Public area (before passing security checks); Domestic Departures (boarding lounges after passing security checks)

REQUIREMENTS

Companies interested in submitting their information for this process must meet the following requirements:

  • Must have an annual gross sales volume greater than 800,000 USD in both 2019 and 2022, supported by the company's Income Statement (the amount must exceed the minimum in each of the mentioned years).
  • Must have at least 5 years of operation in the local and/or international retail market.
  • Must have good financial standing and low credit risk supported by a credit risk report.
  • Must have a good record of compliance with tax obligations supported by a tax report issued by SUNAT.

DOCUMENTS TO SUBMIT

Companies interested in this process must submit the following documents to support the requirements mentioned in the previous section:

  • Must attach the audited Income Statements for 2019 and 2022 for the legal entity being evaluated, issued no more than 2 months before the submission date. If audited documents are not available, signed Income Statements by the legal representative and a certified public accountant may be submitted. If these documents are presented in Peruvian soles, LAP will convert the amounts to USD using the exchange rate (sale) of 07.18.23 published on the SBS website.
  • Must attach a risk report issued no more than 15 days before the submission date.
  • Must attach the tax report issued by SUNAT through its website.
  • Must attach the “LAP Commercial Form” in PDF format, signed by the company’s legal representative (this file can be downloaded at the bottom of the page).

These documents must be sent to the email address food&beverage@lima-airport.com with the subject “Concept – Company Brand” by 07.18.23 (for example, “Cafeteria – Festejos Peruanos”).

Incomplete forms, unsigned documents, or late submissions will not be accepted.

De acuerdo a lo dispuesto en el segundo párrafo del inciso c) del párrafo 6.3 del artículo 6 del Decreto Legislativo N.° 1372 y en el párrafo 7.3 del artículo 7 del Decreto Supremo N.° 003-2019-EF, se comunica que LIMA AIRPORT PARTNERS S.R.L. ha realizado los mecanismos razonables para obtener la información del beneficiario final, considerando los criterios de propiedad y control previstos en los literales a) y b) del párrafo 4.1 del artículo 4 del Decreto Legislativo 1372 y en los párrafos 5.1 al 5.4 de su Reglamento y documentado estos, respectivamente. Sin embargo, no ha sido posible identificar al beneficiario final bajo los criterios señalados en el párrafo precedente por lo que hemos considerado como beneficiario final a las personas naturales que ocupan los puestos administrativos superiores.
