Press release. December 13, 2022

For security measures due to the recent protests in the country, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation of Peru (DGAC) has ordered the entry of only passengers to air terminals throughout the country.
Therefore, only passengers with scheduled flights and presenting their boarding pass will be able to enter the terminal at Jorge Chávez International Airport.
If any special assistance is required for the elderly, children, or person with limited mobility, they may enter with a friend or familiar.
It is important to remind our passengers to arrive at the airport in advance: two hours before for domestic flights and three for international flights. Also, LAP reiterates, check the status of flights beforehand through the official communication channels of the airlines and airports.
We urge our passengers to collaborate in complying with this security measure to ensure that airport operations are carried out in an orderly manner.
