Integrated Sustainability Policy
At LAP, our business strategy has a Sustainable Approach and cross all our operations, including our Management Systems, reflected in our renewed Integrated Sustainability Policy and the 6 lines of action:

Our commitments address the economic, environmental and social aspects, enabling the resilience and business continuity, as well as the sustainable relationship with our Stakeholders.
This policy applies to all employees at all company locations, thus increasingly living sustainability at the airport.

AIM
Our aim at Lima Airport Partners S.R.L. (LAP) is to promote the continuous improvement of our processes by integrating sustainability into the organization and generating shared value for all our stakeholders, in an ethical, transparent and responsible manner.
SCOPE
This policy applies to all LAP employees, as well as to their activities related to the airport ecosystem and the Jorge Chavez International Airport Expansion Project.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Upper Management: Their members lead the commitment and allocate resources for the implementation of actions that allow us to comply with the guidelines of this policy, ensuring that these actions are in accordance with the context, the strategic direction of the organization and the expectations of our stakeholders. LAP Team: All team members develop actions for continuous improvement and innovation, aligned with international standards, contributing to the integration of environmental, social and governance aspects across the company, managing associated risks, reflecting integrity and coherence regarding this policy.
OUR COMMITMENTS
At LAP we want to ensure that our current and future operations, as well as our activities related to the expansion project, are carried out in a sustainable manner, that is, ethically and responsibly with society and the environment. Therefore, we are committed to:
- Being transparent in our whole performance, establishing indicators, monitoring and managing the risks and relevant business opportunities in the processes, periodically and transparently, incorporating the environmental, social and governance assessment.
- Identifying, prioritizing and managing the expectations of our stakeholders to provide a quality and value service focused on passengers, customers and users, aligned with international standards, mainly ISO, IFC, ACI, IATA, OACI, GRI, among others.
- Complying with the current legal requirements and the commitments signed voluntarily, as well as in the security of the operations and our responsibility with the value chain.
- Promoting a culture of innovation focused on continuous improvement in our processes and activities, contributing therefore to Sustainable Development.
- Promoting a culture of equal opportunities, incorporating behaviors of respect for human rights, valuing diversity, fostering the development of capacities, prioritizing and enhancing the well-being of people in the airport ecosystem.
- Strengthening our commitment to the development of the neighboring towns, as well as our dynamic role and articulation of the national economy.
- Promoting and contributing to the mitigation of climate change at AIJC, through the reduction of our corporate carbon footprint (Direct GHG emissions and indirect GHG emissions from electric power consumption) management, quantifying it and promoting its reduction and/or compensation.
- Protecting the environment, preventing, mitigating and correcting negative environmental impacts, through the identification of environmental aspects derived from our activities and monitoring the application of controls.
- Promoting a culture of good environmental practices in our airport ecosystem, related to the reduction of GHG (Greenhouse Gasses) emissions, the circular economy and the substitution of single-use plastics for eco-efficient, less polluting and/or biodegradable materials and supplies.
