ABOUT THE SWEEPSTAKES:

By entering the contest, the participant agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein:

HOW CAN YOU SECURE ONE OF THESE PRIZES?

The passenger must make a minimum purchase (S/ 20,00 - US$5,37) at any store or restaurant within Jorge Chávez International Airport between May 15th and July 31st, 2024, to qualify. Each voucher submitted must meet the minimum purchase requirement to participate (see Appendix A).
The passenger must register their voucher on LAP's landing page and complete the necessary information in the form to participate in the following prizes:
One of the 02 prizes of a trip is equivalent to US$2000,00 (Two thousand US dollars).
01 prize of a trip valued at US$15000,00 (Fifteen thousand US dollars).
The QR code to access the landing page will be available at the following placements:
- Standees within participating stores and restaurants.
- On security checkpoints paddles.
- Videos on JCD circuit screens.
- Any other location where the QR code is included: banners, table tents, totems, promotional display items.
Finally, the passenger must click “accept,” declaring that they have read the terms and conditions also available on LAP’s landing page, thereby entering the sweepstakes.
All the aforementioned steps must be completed between 00:00 hours on May 15th and 11:59 hours on July 31st, 2024.

PRIZE 1: 02 WINNERS FOR A TRIP WORTH USD$2000,00 EACH

CONTEST RULES

Valid for all passengers who make purchases totaling the established minimum amount indicated on a single ticket per person (S/ 20,00 – US$3,70), at participating stores and restaurants within the Jorge Chávez International Airport as part of the Peruvian National Holidays campaign. Passengers must complete the described steps accurately. Purchases can be made at stores and restaurants situated in the public area or national boarding lounges.
The contest participation period will run from 00:00 hours on May 15th until 11:59 hours on July 31st, 2024.
Participants must be over 18 years old. LAP, PLM Marketing Group, and CONTINENTAL TRAVEL employees are not eligible to participate.
The drawing will be conducted under the supervision of a notary public.
Winners will be announced on the following dates:
- Friday, June 14th, 2024
- Monday, July 15th, 2024
After the sweepstakes participation period concludes, the winner will be contacted via the email provided during their participation. Additionally, the names of the winners will be announced in the “Sweepstakes” section on the website. The winner must respond to the email within forty-eight (48) hours of being contacted. Failure to respond will result in the prize being redrawn.
The prize will be delivered virtually.
Lima Airport Partners S.R.L. and Continental Travel bear no responsibility for the loss of the prize notification letter once it has been delivered to the winners.
Employees of LIMA AIRPORT PARTNERS, PLM Marketing Group, and CONTINENTAL TRAVEL are not eligible to participate in the draw. While their family and friends are welcome to participate, if selected, the employee cannot accompany the winner. Therefore, employees of the mentioned companies cannot win or benefit from the prize.
Participants who submit their information for the contest agree to the use of their data for managing their participation in the sweepstakes. Additionally, their information will be included in the LIMA AIRPORT database to receive communications, including news, advertising, and/or commercial promotions related to LAP’s products or services.

PRIZE 2: 01 WINNER OF USD$15000,00

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTINENTAL TRAVEL

Deadline to redeem prize: June 2025
Availability of tickets and services is subject to confirmation and issuance.
The fare applies to both direct and connecting flights, depending on availability.
The fare is applicable to different airlines depending on the destination, subject to availability.
The flight is in economy class.
Flight includes 01 carry-on bag up to 10 kg in the cabin, 01 personal backpack + 01 checked bag weighing 23 kg in the hold.
Seat assignment in advance is not permitted.
Seat assignments are randomly allocated by the airline 24 hours prior to departure.
Reservations must be made at least 45 days prior to the trip.
The quoted prices are based on 02 people traveling together.
The prize is personal and cannot be transferred; redemption requires presentation of the original prize notification letter and ID.
The voucher must be fully utilized on the day of redemption; if the allocated budget by the company has been used up, any additional services must be paid for by the winner.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, nor web services, low-cost airlines, or rental of houses, apartments, or Airbnb.
The winner may use the voucher for individuals they choose, provided the total cost does not exceed the value of the prize.
Accommodation options such as twin or double beds are subject to availability at the hotel and can only be confirmed upon the passenger’s arrival.
Hotel Check-in and Check-out times: Check-in at 15:00 hours / Check-out at 12:00 hours (verify hotel regulations upon arrival).
Some destinations may impose a resort fee at hotels, which must be paid directly at the destination.
Date changes are permitted subject to regulations; however, the passenger is responsible for any penalties and fare differences as indicated by the airline.
If the winner requests an upgrade and/or additional services that are not included, they must cover the costs.
Passenger information regarding passport validity, visas, COVID tests, vaccinations, notarized permissions for minors, and entry policies for each country are the responsibility of the passenger.
The winner may depart from their current location, keeping in mind that the ticket value may vary depending on the departure location.
The winner may depart from any destination, but they must spend US$2000,00 or US$15000,00. Any additional expenses will be at the passenger’s expense.

CLARIFICATIONS

If a passenger wins one of the 02 US$2000,00 prizes, they are still eligible to participate in the second prize draw and even in the final campaign draw; these events are not mutually exclusive.

The following Terms and Conditions and requirements will be accessible for participants to read and review throughout the Peruvian National Holidays campaign via LAP’s official accounts. The collected data will be used exclusively to obtain the winners’ information. Furthermore, the data will be added to the LIMA AIRPORT database to receive communications containing news, advertisements, and/or commercial promotions of the products or services promoted by LAP.
